Leo D. Figueroa, Of Counsel

With an outstanding record and solid expertise, Leo Figueroa joined The Herrera
Law Firm team in 2003 and now serves as an advocate for plaintiffs in civil trial
issues including product liability cases, wrongful death cases, breach of contract
cases, identity theft cases, and business tort cases. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s
University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1983.

His professional legal experience includes working for some of the city’s top law
firms including Matthews & Branscomb, P.C. and Jackson Walker, L.L.P. as well
as his own firm, Campos, Figueroa, Barrera & Harvey, P.C.

Board certified in civil trial law and personal injury law by the Texas Board of
Legal Specialization, Figueroa is also an experienced lecturer and author. He has
presented and published various papers on civil trial matters.

Leo and his wife Theresa have three daughters: Marissa, Jamie, and Sarah.
