Our History

Founded in 1983 by one of our country’s most influential and respected
lawyers, The Herrera Law Firm is grounded by the principals and upbringing
of our founder, Frank Herrera, Jr.

Frank’s parents believed that one person could change the world for the better.
This belief guides The Herrera Law Firm team and has allowed us to successfully represent thousands of individuals and families who have been dealt
catastrophic blows.

As specialists in personal injury and wrongful death, civil trial law, and labor
& employment law, The Herrera Law Firm fights to rectify the wrongs
committed against our clients. Our firm has helped our clients to regain

Since our beginnings as a small, one attorney firm, The Herrera Law Firm
has grown to include many experienced legal professionals and a dedicated
support team. Over the years, we have added several talented attorneys
including Laura Tamez, Leo Figueroa, and Jorge Herrera. Their experience,
combined with Frank’s guidance and vision, assures that The Herrera Law
